Haus Saline

Haus Saline is located opposite of Haus Anna am Park in Artern in Kyffhäuerkreis. The property comprises of 10 barrier-free senior living apartments including one generous lounge for the usage of the residents. In line with our strategy we support intergenerational living and, as a result, a few apartments are also rented to young couples and families.

The catchment area within 5km shows 6,800 residents with 29% residents aged older than 65 years. Supply levels for assisted and independent living facilities account for less than industry average and result in a very positive market outlook.
